"Waiteroo" Odoo SaaS based product
Project Overview
Waiteroo is a cutting-edge SaaS platform designed for the restaurant and hospitality industry. The platform needed a robust solution to manage its restaurant services efficiently, from order processing to customer management, all under one system. We took on the challenge to develop a comprehensive Odoo-based SaaS product that could scale with Waiteroo’s growing client base and offer seamless integration with their existing processes.
Objectives

Our Approach
1. SaaS Development: The core of this project was to create a SaaS solution capable of serving multiple clients simultaneously while ensuring data segregation. We used Odoo’s multi-company architecture to build a flexible platform that can adapt to the specific needs of each restaurant.
2. Custom Modules: Tailoring the platform to the restaurant industry, we developed custom modules for table management, order processing, and kitchen workflow. This ensured that Waiteroo’s clients could efficiently manage reservations, orders, and menu updates in real-time.
